The Mel Gibson Interview - post mortem

When you put your name out there in the same neighborhood as Jesus Christ it takes no effort from the hypocrites in Hollywood to make you a pariah. Same goes for anyone identifying as a Republican out there. You are blacklisted by all the majors.

Funny too, because I would consider the activities and actions of Lindsay Lohan, Robert Downey Jr, Paris Hilton, and countless other actors far worse than what Mel Gibson has done. But unfortunately, we live in a world where certain “sins” are unpardonable, and others are applauded and encouraged.

But again, that’s the hypocrisy of Hollywood, and of the folks writing hateful and unforgivable comments under this interview. When you hate on Mel Gibson you typify your own hypocrisy. It’s not ok for a Christian to make a mistake in life, but a non-Christian can do and act like a complete raving lunatic (see Charlie Sheen) and they get 3+ million followers on Twitter.
